The pilot was also used to evaluate the nursing workflow of nurses enrolled in the HRECPA study (RANF). In addition, this Pilotment also included questions regarding the use of the RANF to evaluate decision-making and patient care (using the RANF). Using the RANF, the pilot succeeded in using nursing and patient assessment, routine/quality care, mental health-related activities. The pilot concluded that the knowledge that nursing provides is readily transferable to the community, system wide process solutions, communication between nursing teams, and communication strategies (such as the New York nursing plan) enabling better understanding of the problem of crisis care and how to overcome them.
