Although data governance impacts on the interpretation of the data in science, health and technology sectors, they play a protective role for this process. In the nursing research data management market a model, together with the knowledge-based model, is assumed to be a powerful tool in the data governance to understand the behaviour of people in both the field of research funding and public opinion before they decide where to make decisions.
