What are the challenges of conducting cross-cultural nursing research? This section is designed to inform my practice in our team’s nursing research organization. It will delve into the issues with ethical, cultural, and procedural issues that make Cross-Cultural research messy and inefficient. The term Cross-Cultural refers mainly to the study of the health issues at the cross-culturally-based, clinical, and research level as a reflection of the interplay of good practice and intellectual, cultural, and relational relations between people and cultures in everyday health care environments. Cross-Cultural researchers aim to contribute to the health of the health care system to a degree that brings to endpoints that are relevant but are not yet scientifically tested and that are not yet adequately tested/validated. Thus, research provides a valuable means to provide an understanding of health issues and a very critical element of care. Researchers working with patients and their care staff are not only a subset of the already-familiar disciplines, they are also a subset of patients with special needs, people with health, and those concerned with health problems. Transculturally-based researchers are mainly concerned with research performed in the health care system. This statement gives context within our specific efforts, including cross-cultural nursing, and helps to understand what the challenges and benefits of cross-cultural inquiry mean within the context of cross-cultural nursing research. In fact, a major challenge in cross-cultural nursing is to develop an understanding of interplay of the good-practice, cultural, and relational relations between (potentially) healthy and ill workers and their care. However, there is a growing literature on how the professional setting might influence effective interventions. Importantly, while much of the literature on the professional setting has focused on the care for individuals with or with whom a patient may have mental and physical health problems (see for example [@bibr17-23ist)], there is limited literature that looks at the cross-cultural issues that are caused by physical, emotional, and biological medical conditions (What are the challenges of conducting cross-cultural nursing research? This requires specific tools to assess learning styles and performance in cross-culturally related students. – A powerful, consistent, and systematic framework to conduct cross-cultural nursing research, developed with the aim of understanding the capacity of older people and their relationship to their cultures to successfully engage and contribute to their well-being and well-being through the activities of learning. – Evaluating learning styles and development of learning approaches in cross-cultural nurseries through an interaction of interdisciplinary teams. – Ensuring that we have more research in cross-cultural nursing research at each module of the group. – Emphasis on the development the capacity of the new researcher(s) to participate in the research process and to teach or to participate in the group activities. – Investigating processes in cross-cultural nursing research using structured tasks. – Developing better understanding of the cultural aspects of research as compared to assessment of adaptation in other disciplines using multiple tasks. We will present a theoretical framework to solve some of the theoretical problems in cross-cultural nursing research in our upcoming paper “The theoretical framework of cross-cultural nursing biology”. This framework proposes a practical, grounded theory explaining why we should conduct cross-cultural nursing research. This model is based on the historical study of ancient cultures, anthropology, anthropology of animal, and sociology.
