What is the NCLEX Candidate Rules Agreement and its significance? The 2018 NCLEX Members and Executive Directors and other NCLEX Board members took over to study the agreement. While most NCLEX Board members were involved in the process and were familiar with the agreement, there were some controversies that arose around the timing of the agreement. A presentation entitled “Statement: Member Requirements: The Agreement and the Licensing Procedures: Member Requirements” was also featured on the October 27 print edition of the paper. Members asked for clarification from members of the NCLEX Board when the agreement and its powers were relaxed, while other members asked whether the agreement could be extended to members of every of the Board’s internal committees in order to ensure that it was ethically upheld. Members also asked for clarification regarding how Member Directive 2-13 is amended so as to ask the Board for all necessary changes to its parameters. Finally, member policy has been reviewed by members of the Board and approved by the NCLEX Board on a pre-approval basis. With the support of the organization and the public, members are now looking for new ways to improve the existing procedures and functions. If a party signs into force the NCLEX candidate rules (which include the NCCPL – the document used for non c-qualified candidates) all documents acquired will forfeit to NCLEX or to AGR. The major use of the NCLEX Rules Agreement is in the governance of the Agency Office, but it seems the NCLEX candidate rules must be disclosed and recorded to ensure that no new matters will be signed. The application of the NCLEX candidates rules will be a part of the initial documentation made to AGR before the NCLEX. The documents will be in a sealed, signed and recorded box. It is worth noting that it is likely that even some of the final nominee candidates’ actions by the NCLEX are known, and there is no evidence that anybody has any knowledge on what questions they may have and the questions are not binding on this committee. There are five committees of the NCLEX, two of which are chaired by a pre-appointed Board appointed by me to oversee the administrative work, the final committee – we are already there, with my client AGR – which shall be responsible for finalising and summarising all of our applications – which was done by me during the preparation period of the application for the NCLEX.
